Location of external dvd drive...?

A quick question: I've just plugged in an external dvd drive. I'm using it to burn cd's in rubyripper and I need to enter the device location in the preferences menu. Unfortunately, I'm not too sure how to find this out. According to the device properties, it's: computer:/// but that doesn't seem right (nor is it working).

Ah, it's all good. I ran mount in the terminal.

The only thing now is that I don't have read & write permissions apparently.
