Problem to mount and recover data from encrypted partition.

Hello Everyone
I am having a serious problem regarding mounting of partition of encrypted disk.
I have been following this post : viewtopic.php?f=50&t=257794.
But did not got pretty clear information to come to an end.

Actually last 2 weeks back i had log off at night my laptop and when i start this next morning it skip home and stopped at an error that on image i am sharing as follow:

i tried almost every possible solution on internet, i received mixed reviews on solution.
Like someone said that it may be randsomware attack , someone said it may due to hardware failure.
One person said hard drive got corrupted in boot sector which i can't understand. But when i try a live USB Linux mint it successfully loaded boot of linux mint using live USB.

Now problem is that my encrypted drive is not mounting even from live USB.
I have an idea in mind to copy the contents of encrypted drive to some other disk and to recover data from there.
Is it possible to do so , what is the correct way to recover data?
In this situation what i know is only encryption keys that i know to unlock encrypted partition.

Please help to recover my data.
