Linux mint unable to mount my external hard drive

I am a windows user and the external hard disk is a very old one detached from my Macintosh SE (young Steve Jobs era). Plugged through the SCSI PCI card and Linux Mint live edition. Lunux can see the Hard Drive (p405) but refuses to mount the partition (only 20 Megabyte).
I would have access to my HD. What can I do?
