How to Send Deletes to Trash with nodev?

hi

when i mount a partition with nodev, then when i press delete key on a folder, it goes right to trash.

but when i mount without nodev, then when i press delete key on a folder, it doesn't go to trash. Instead, it does more time-consuming delete process. Even if i right-click and pick "send to trash", it asks "are you sure you want to permanently delete?"

how to make deletes go to trash on partition mounted without "nodev"?
