Linux don't see my all new Hard Drive (Solve)

Post by Smug1960 » Thu May 09, 2019 5:32 am

Hy i am new with Linux, last week i buy a new 4Tb Hard Drive for my computer, but when i put it in my computer, Linux Mint didn't see it, i try to find if there were i software to detect and format it, something like the one in administrator on Windows, but didn't find it.
I look here and on the web to find my answer but all i got was about dual booting or create a new partition.
So my question is how do i find and format a All New Hard Drive that have never be formatted before in the last version of Linux Mint ?

that finding your New Hard Drive, is the easy part,
so - once you've got the installer working, you may hit some more obstacles,
& thus, Do Let Us Know, how that part works out.
