I've chosen to restore my laptop from a Clonezilla image resulting in the need to update from LM 19.3 Mate to LM 20.1 Mate. That all worked out fine, however I've hit a wall when attempting to restore my data from a external drive via Deja Dup as it`s asking for:
Authentication to run `/usr/libexec/-deja-dup/duplicity` as the super user.
I haven`t used a password during performing backups.
Is this an ownership issue or what? If so how do I resolve it?

Re: Can't restore backup!
deepakdeshp -- asks the question:
The problem is with deja dup?
I don`t believe so as I've been using Dej Dup for successfully for years.
One issue in "home" name has changed from "johnb" to "johnh" along the way - with the same password.
Since I posted the issue the odd thing is I've been able to "restore" the contents of the Backup into another laptop "jon" via selecting "Documents" in the choice of locations! The Backup data is there installed under "Documents"!!
I suspect it's a I can't see the wood for the trees situation.
I'm fortunate that the data is available via other laptop, but I just need to get Warbinator to function! When it rains it pours.
