copy contents of remote drive to remote usb stick

I have a remote usb hard drive which has 10gb of data,and pictures which I want to transfer to a usb memory stick.
I am concerned that the Hard drive could pack up any time soon !
Advice please on the easiest way of doing this.

Thanks - job done - mind you it took 25 hours for the transfer.
