Hi folks,
I ran in trouble with my MFC-7460DN on my new 18.1 installation with the .deb installation via network => printer is fine, scanner big no no!
Checked some of mentioned points, but no luck.
Found article in ubuntu forum with suggest .deb package is faulty and to use the .rpm package instead, which is just to uncompress the .gz file, after downloading a helpfile is shown on brother side which short instructions. After 1min all installed and scanner works!
