Re: scanSnap sv600 do not connected
Hi sk-joba,
The Fujitsu ScanSnap SV600 appears not to have Linux support. It is possible that a Linux driver for another of the ScanSnap range of scanners may be compatible and perhaps somebody on this forum will suggest something suitable. However, if you are not lucky, there is an alternative strategy you might consider:
ScanSnap SV600 drivers for Windows are available to download if you haven't already got one so, if you have any Windows operating system installation media, you could install a Windows operating system within a virtual operating system manager running in you Linux system. Oracle VirtualBox is one such virtual operating system manager and can be installed via Synaptic in Linux Mint. There are a few things to consider particularly relating to usb (your scanner connects via usb) in order to get things running as you want but you should be able to run your scanner once you've covered them. There is a 'Virtual Machines' section on this forum so you are sure of getting first class help with VirtualBox or other similar program should you need it.

Re: scanSnap sv600 do not connected
if you ever felt you had a few minutes, you can directly talk to the folks who oversee sane: the scanning for linux utility
they are friendly and helpful https://alioth-lists.debian.net/cgi-bin ... sane-devel
join the mailing list: you have the hardware; they have the software; a marriage made in heaven;
currently your device is UNTESTED: you could help them; it would likely just involve running a few commands and sending them the data;
