i can't connect laptop with printer hp deskjet 3525

At the beginning laptop and printer connected. I scan and i print once all o.k. Next time i try to print a document. Open the printing window i see the image i give print to start printing and nothing haven't. i open print job queue and see all gobs are there but none of them execute. at the end of each job description says (pending). i open troubleshooting help follow the orders and finally i received the message < there is no obvious solution for this problem. if you want to report a bug please include this information and below there is a diagnostic output. I don't know how to do that. Any help or idea what and how to do it or if someone already have similar problem and solved it please help me. i used linux mind 18.1 and i am new in linux
