[SOLVED] Brother laser printer margin problem

Post by zbo22 » Thu May 17, 2018 9:21 am

Brother HL-L2340dw laser printer margins seem to be too small and when printing, content gets cut off at the top.

Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks.

Post by pdc_2 » Thu May 17, 2018 3:25 pm

so can you tell us a little bit more please; you have just bought this Brother HL-L2340dw? and you set it up by doing ?

If you can go to the PRINTERS folder; (inside the ADMINISTRATION) folder; right-click on the icon for the 2340; select PROPERTIES; top of the list; drag the window that opens to the right; so you can see all the text; go to MAKE & MODEL and can you copy what is there; and paste it back here to us please

Needed to change paper size from A4 to letter, and also check the box "scale to fit"

Thank you
