you will have to be able to see the bluetooth device first some how.
CUPS may be the printing tool you need then. in a browser enter:
localhost:631
this will get you to the CUPS admin interface.

One of the most common methods for printing your file is to opt for the Bluetooth Printer medium. However, you may not be able to print through this Bluetooth mode directly. The only option you can get is to pair it up with your mobile or android devices through Bluetooth.
