I wonder: if you have an icon for this Konica now; in your PRINTERS folder;
right-click on it; select PROPERTIES: look for MAKE & MODEL; select CHANGE: now, do you see a provide ppd option? Will it allow you to move forward there? Can you point it to the ppd file you need? (Please see attached screenshot)
that should then "re-jig" the registration; ....... surely that will make things happen ..
