Mmm - the updated firmware installers are windows only.... :? Bah....

our OfficeJet asked me today; (in a discrete voice); if it could install an update; I said yes; wondering what I would unleash; it is still printing after all this ..

but perhaps it was attending to this issue:

I use Hirens Boot CD when I have that sort of problem (like updating BIOS). I have always used the old version, which has a mini-XP built into it. You can download it here:

But there is apparently a new version based on Windows 10 PE x64. Get it here:

+1 on this, didn't bring any flash drives or media to work to play around with this
I have a non UEFI compliant video card I would like to flash. Trying to get the card to work is why I fubarred my bios earlier on my desktop at home which made it intermittent at booting.
