Brother-HL-3170CDW-series two-sided not available

Hello, I like printing on both sides of the paper, however Mint only prints on one side of the paper. Can this error be fixed?
Here's what I see when navigating from:
1. Menu > Applications > Administration > Printers > right click printer > Properties > Printer Options.

3. Document Viewer > PDF document > File > Print > Page Setup > Layout > Two-sided: Not available.

4. Chrome > PDF > Print icon > Print using system dialog > Page Setup > Layout > Two-sided: Not available.

Fixed. Needed to install from website drivers, rather than Mint wizard.

Actually, not solved
Tried printing and prints 2 pages per side.
I checked and the default is to print 2 pages per side, however this should be 1 page per side.
Seems to be 2 paths to printer settings and 1 path is not saving.
Path 1 is correct: Menu > Applications > Administration > Printers > right click printer > Properties > Job Options.
Path 2 is incorrect: Document Viewer > PDF document > File > Print > Page Setup > Layout > Two-sided: Not available.
