Issue with Epson Printer/Scanner
Hi, I had attempted to scan using a Epson Workforce 645 all in one printer, but it had an error partway through and did not complete. It is possible this was due to water after I tried to clean the surface. It is now flashing lights and showing a scanner error message which states to turn it off and restart, but that does not solve the issue. The error message also prevents me from accessing the menu, so I want to be able to solve that if nothing else to make sure I can use the other functions. Any help is appreciated.

Re: Issue with Epson Printer/Scanner
In general, electronic equipment doesn't like water. But, if you do get a bit of water into some equipment, chances are pretty good that it will work again when it dries out. When you clean the glass on a scanner, or pretty much any electronic equipment, just dampen a cloth or paper towel and be sure there's not enough water in it to drip into the equipment.

Re: Issue with Epson Printer/Scanner
Thank you for the response. The general issue I am having right now is that it keeps attempting to scan every time I turn the printer back on, so it keeps generating the error message. I am not sure if there is a way to reset the printer so it at least stops trying to scan so I can use any other function without interruption.
