I tried everything possible through wifi, cable.
I tried the answer given to a similar case, search.php?st=0&sk=t&sd=d&sr=posts&keyw ... r+scx+3400 , I ca not have the scanner working.
I would expect Linux mint to have the necessary driver or Samsung to provide it, nope.
Any idea?

Yes yes, you need to download and install a driver.
https://support.hp.com/fi-fi/drivers/se ... s/17156995
Extract
You need to accept EULA during an installation.
https://support.hp.com/fi-fi/drivers/se ... s/17156995
Extract
uld_V1.00.39_01.17.tar.gz
and open Terminal into uld
folder and run
Code: Select all
sudo ./install.sh
