Problem with HP Laserjet CP1025 in Mint 20.1 (Ulyssa)

I just upgraded from Mint 20 to 20.1, and my Laserjet CP1025 color printer is not working again.
I had a big trouble making it work on Mint 20, but finally got it right, after changing the incorrect name of the printer on /usr/share/hplip/data/models/ (changing from [hp_laserjet_cp1025] to [hp_laserjet_cp_1025]). But that wasn't enough when I upgraded to 20.1.
Funny fact, my other HP printer (Laserjet 1020) does fine with Ulyssa, even though 'hp-check' shows lots of errors, as can be seen in the summary below:
