This printer is connected to my WiFi network, so all our devices connect to it via the network. Using xViewer one of the machines will only print JPEG images in B&W whereas the other PC using the same program will print in colour. Using other programs on the suspect computer will print colour, so it would just seem xViewer on this machine is the problem.
I have removed and re-installed the application and nothing is changed. I know there are other image viewers I could install, but this is my wife's computer and this program meets her needs.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: Brother MFC-J6530DW
... then I would - very cheeky - rename Pix in XViewer ...
Seriously: I've already read in the German forum that XViewer can have printing problems. Switching to Pix as the standard image viewer shouldn't cause too much difficulty.
In addition, the print settings are very flexible.
