in Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon. After hitting "yes" for test print nothing happens. Shown below are the final steps of the install:

Prints now. But no access to the printer's settings.

glad it works now; did you do anything to make this happen? ... after initially not seeming to work ........

If I want to access printer settings, I start at MENU; Administration; Printing; and select the icon for the printer; is that what you mean?

Can't remember the particulars now but just followed instructions again and all fell into place. Must have missed something during previous attempts.
