I have been using mint 19.3 for my 3d printers, firmware upload and control with pronterface.
No problems, now with mint 21 I can't upload to 8bits cards from vscode or connect with
pronterface to any printer. What has changed regarding Usb? As for now I will stick to 19.3.

And if you don't need internet for your 3D printer you can use it after mid 2023

That's not the problem, the issue is with new version of software that not run on 19.3.
I have always used Cura but the latest versions will not run on 19.3. So what to do?
Learn Prusaslicer, the last version run just fine on 19.3 but I expect there will be more
problem with new software that don't run on 19.3.

Installed LMDE 5 and everything is working. This will be my new distro.
