How to connect to local user from filezilla

Hi! I need to connect to my second user (in linux mint) from filezilla. I've done this before, but now I've forgotten how to do it. Attach the screenshot for more understanding

Is this a local user as in another linux pc on the same local network or local as in another user account on the same linux pc?

it's the same computer, just a different user on linux
