Since last update of yesterday I can't connect to the internet even if the icon looks like it's connected from cable or wifi or even Bluetooth internet is not working

It worked for me on Mint 20 Cinnamon and LMDE 4 Debbie
sudo rm /etc/resolv.conf
echo 'nameserver 8.8.8.8' | sudo tee /etc/resolv.conf
(check if internet working w. ping google.com, if OK proceed)
sudo apt-get install --reinstall resolvconf

Hello, from now my connection was working for some days, but I'm now back to before.. Connection was working y the way also for information only when my VPN nordvpn was connected, now even the VPN can't connect.. I hope you can help, thanks in advance to all helpers!
Since then my wifi was working but not it's the cable connection...
