no wifi on asus ux430u

Hey guys, could you have a look pls ?

I'm trying to get my wifi going on an asus UX430U (it has an intel 8565/8275) but so far no luck
I can't connect it via a cable as it doen't have a network-socket (on the laptop)

os : linux mint 20.2 Cinnamon
Cinnamon Version : 5.0.4
linux kernel : 5.4.0-74-generic

I did disable the fastboot in bios but it didn't do anything

Any ideas ?

Is there a wifi driver in Driver Manager you can install?
Also be sure secure boot is disabled in Bios.

Drivermanager reports that it doesn't need any additional drivers and fastboot is disabled

What about secure boot? Check:

If fast boot & secure boot are both disabled & still no wifi, try:

See if you can get a temporary connection like this:

Then try to install the driver again.

Got internet via the bluetooth on my cell, but after the update it still didn't work.

I tried a live cd of elementary os and wifi worked 'out of the box' tried ubuntu no iddues there.
uses a live cd of mint v19 and no wifi issues (thats weird), downloaded mint 20 again en wifi
worked.

Only thing i can think is that I installed mint 20 with fastboot & secureboot disabled this time.
