Since today I can't connect to the internet anymore. It does not depend on the router. nslookup does not says connection timeout... Any ideas? It works when I switch on my vpn....
Ok it was the fault of protonVPN...

Most VPNs have an option to block connections when the VPN is not running. For some it's on by default, for others it's off. Probably ProtonVPN is in the first category : search in your settings or preferences and allow connections when VPN is off.
