Wi-Fi stopped working

I connect my laptop to Wi-Fi via Hotspot from my smartphone. Until yesterday, everything worked. Today I have no Internet whatsoever. It works fine on my phone. But when I share it and the computer gets connected, the Internet doesn't work. I tried multiple browsers. Websites won't load.

Ok, I'm an idiot . I forgot to turn off my VPN which has a 10GB/month limit. I used the whole 10GB and that caused the problem.
