[SOLVED] So I think I jacked up my Bluetooth somehow. (bluetooth hci0 command 0x0c03 tx timeout)

I've been searching this:
bluetooth hci0 command 0x0c03 tx timeout
for an hour and I've still not figured it out. Last night I was trying to connect to a Bluetooth speaker and no devices showed up. I know it's my computer and not the speaker because other computers are working.

The "bluetooth hci0 command 0x0c03 tx timeout" error comes up during bootup. I tried many things in forums but nothing has worked so far. Any help would be awesome! This is my first time posting so... I'm not quite sure what sort of info I should provide.

Oh and I just reinstalled the blueberry Bluetooth thing (not sure what you call it) and when I open it in the terminal I get this:
ERROR:lib/bluez/adapter.c:165:adapter_get_dbus_object_path: assertion failed: (ADAPTER_IS(self))
timeout: the monitored command dumped core

When I run: sudo hciconfig hci0 up
I get this:
Can't init device hci0: Connection timed out (110)

When I run this: sudo rfkill list

I get:

0: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
1: hci0: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no

UPDATE: shut down my PC multiple times, restarted a couple of times, and then eventually held the power button down till it shut off. Then the error finally went away and my Bluetooth is working. Hope it stays on xd.
