I need some assistance.
I have 2 x win10 systems accessing a shared folder on a Mint 20.2 computer in my network ( Delloptiplex)
suddenly it stopped working.. I can no longer access the shared folder from Either Win10 computer. It pings no problem, but not access.
\\delloptiplex on then windows machines opens a enter network credentials screen but then username password is incorrect is the message I get all the time.
From another LM 20.3 computer the delloptiplex and its shared folders can be accessed with no problems.
I have upgraded the delloptiplex to LM 20.3 and no improvement to my issue.
I have seen recent mention of Samba SMB1 being the culprit...
If so what would be the way to either correct this of what would be the correct way to access a shared folder and files on a Linux Mint computer from a Windows 10 computer?
