[20.3 Cinnamon] [K. 5.18.8] Bluetooth randomly can't find adaptors on boot

Post by c4r4mel »

Hi I have been battling this issue for the past month and it's driving me insane.

Sometimes I boot and Bluetooth works fine, all devices detected and amazing range.

More often, my Bluetooth manager declares there are no adaptors found.

None of the commands (restarting Bluetooth etc..) worked so far, I tried systemctl and service.

A potentially helpful execution for anyone that can help me debug this (I found it online):

When executing blueman-manager:

Code: Select all

blueman-manager version 2.1.2 starting
blueman-manager 15.02.48 ERROR Manager:118 on_dbus_name_appeared: Default adapter not found, trying first available.
blueman-manager 15.02.48 ERROR Manager:122 on_dbus_name_appeared: No adapter(s) found, exiting
After rebooting into windows and then back into linux again, Bluetooth decided to work again, so I executed the dmesg command again and here is the output:
