Trying to get a realtek rtl8811au wifi adapter to work [SOLVED]

and not having any luck. I'm about three pages of Google in (including two or three things here) and am not having any luck getting anything to work. I've tried several things and no luck so far. I have two of these adapters and would like to get them to work.

I've tried everything in this thread with no luck.

I don't think the two key numbers worked though as they reported unchanged.

That did it. Thanks. Who knows what all crap I have on this computer now, though as I've tried numerous things. :-)
