Now I'm facing such problem:
Once I've logged in, there is no auto connection to the local dhcp server, so I sudo dhclient from terminal, and only after few minutes - the connection becomes active in the toolbar
The problem started after connecting once to pppoe through console pppoeconf. Each time I've needed pppoe I been reinstalling linux mint completely. But now, new major version does not support my 1600 x 900 display, so I want to stay on my current version.
Please help my with advice.
