lost home network in Mint 20.3
I lost my home network. I cannot file share to my other computers on it anymore. Don't know what happened.
I rebooted and still cannot access home network.
i get these messages:
error: Failed to retrieve share list from server: Connection refused.
execution of Cinnamon-settings network failed.
failed to execute child process "cinnamon-settings" (No such file or directory)
can anyone help?

Re: lost home network in Mint 20.3
Avahi, Samba, or something else? Did you set it up, or was it a default type of networking?

Can you ping from each computer by up address? will give the IP address.
Code: Select all
ifconfig

Retry
smb://10.0.0.252/
? Your extra space looks suspicious.-
