Dongle

Hello guys
i have a huawei e153 dongle.my os version is mint 9 but the thing is some times it automatically get the dongle and establish the connection.but most of the time it wont recognize the dongle.and im shame to say that i cant install the software.i try many times it wont work
this are the stuff in linux folder in dongle

data.bin
DataCard_Verify
install
MobilePartner.bin
readme.txt
SysConfig.dat
how do i install this??
guys please help me is that a problem with o/s??
if not please what is the simple procedure to install a software
