My laptop runs Mint 15 64bit. My wireless adapter is RT5390r and I need to install the driver in order to get connected.

I followed this post: http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=79227

But maybe because the post is based on an older version or the driver has been updated after the post, I cannot follow all the steps. There is some error when patching and after I typed in "make install", it says no "rt5390sta.ko" such file. Can someone help?
