first, my laptop is not turn on wifi, i active broadcom driver and restart, cannot turn on wifi
i active another driver ad restart.. no wifi
... i search google and install driver... etc..
and now, no option to turn on wifi

Hard block.... Search for a physical switch with which to turn wifi on. Can be a very small, tiny switch, usually on the front (but sometimes on the left or right side). Sometimes it's an Fn key combination.

Can you set the wifi chipset to "always on" or "last state" in the BIOS? If so, do it.

i see a mini switch in front, i turn right and reinstall Mint, conect Lan internet, active driver, and wifi work ok
windows wifi alway work with left or right switch
