Hi
I some how screwed my Linux Mint 17.2 installation, so installed Mint18.2.
BUt now wifi is not working on it. I don't remember how did I made that worked on earlier installation. I still have access to old installation files.
My wifi adapter details:

BCM43228 802.11a/b/g/n
vendor: Broadcom Corporation
Please help in getting it work,

Thanks Joe for the link to easy Linux Tips I am a absolute beginner with Linux but have installed Mint 18.2 (USB Flash) on my aging HP Laptop with dying MS XP:-(
I have spent hours trying to get the WiFi working to no avail but thanks to your link it solved my problem THANKS AGAIN!!
