Wifi asks for password authentication & won't connect
Running Mint 18.1, my HP laptop connects to the home network, but won't connect to the internet. It keeps asking for password or encryption key authentication, and I give them the password from the bottom of the router, but it never connects. It's a Broadcom 14e4:4315 rev 01. I see no place on the Verizon ISP site to replace the password. I do notice there are two instances of this laptop on the Wifi list on Verizon, but only one of the old operating system, Vista.
