Hello Team

I just got a Lenovo Yoga 920, and I am trying to get Linux running on it.
The first problem I run into is the wifi, which is not working, below is a screen shoot from the commands:

Install the latest stable kernel. Use the Update Manager, under the View > kernels area. You may need to try a couple to find one that works. After it's all working OK, you can remove the older kernel.

Thanks for your reply.

I updated to Kernel 4.13.0-17 one of the latest ones hoping it would have the latest drivers and the problem persists.
Any other suggestion?

Thanks in advance

Hi,
Again thanks for your prompt reply.
I found this link https://askubuntu.com/questions/398581/ ... is-enabled
and installed WICD which is a wireless network manager. I was able to get the WIFI running. However the WICD icon at the right hand of the panel shows that there is connectivity while the "Linux Network Manager" shows that there is no connectivity. And if I type "nmcli general status" shows the WIFI as disable.

Not sure what is it is, but it seems that WICD at least is getting the Wifi running.

Regards
