i didn't find where else to ask help except Linux mint forum since i am newbie on linux i don't know if this problem is because of linux or windows
so i installed VirtualBox and tried linux mint and it worked fine including wifi connection in both sides windows and VB so i installed the last lunix mint 18.2 64bit on dualboot with windows 8.1 64bit everything went perfect until i booted into my windows 8.1 and found that my wifi card connect to wifi but limited acces and no connection internet
I tried everything i know disable and enable the card wifi...uninstall and reinstall the driver...fixed the ip adress but nothing changed alwaye with limited connection
The only thing that worked is usb tethering via my android phone
I have packard bell easy-note enme69pmb

edit: bluetooth tethering worked also
and i did a retore from a point created just installing VB but same problem
