Try shutting the lid and let it go to sleep for a while then open the lid and see if it works. You could also try a complete shutdown and then boot.

Okay, that's the strangest thing ever happened to me :D Wireless is working after the shutdown and the strange thing was that I clicked shut down, but right after the shutdown the laptop started by itself. I was planning to leave it off for a while, but just as i turned around, it started loading :D

I wish I had a more permanent fix but that is the best I can do at this time

Well, thank you very much, I guess I will use it like this for now. Having Internet is more important than being able to shutdown the laptop anyways :D

i am having the same issue and this thred's solution is not working.
