ThinkPad t420 Wi-Fi HELP

Post by Boebs »

Hey guys, Linux noob here. I just recently got a Lenovo ThinkPad t420 and i cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the wifi to work.

My wifi card is the Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205, I found the driver online but im not sure why it is not working. Any help would be majorly appreciated.

Hello Boebs and Welcome to Linux Mint Forums,
Good to have your here.
I believe Charlie has already given you the answer. You need to turn on the card with the hardware switch.
Good Luck :)
