wifi suddenly not connecting

My issue is that I can not connect from my Linux mint 18.3 to wifi, It worked fine yesterday, but today it's not. I checked from other devices and network is working, End it is working even from this PC, if I load Linux Mint from USB and connect to wifi from there. I tried to reinstall network-manager, but it didn't help either. Everything works from cable, but wifi connection thows out error "Secrets were required, but not provided". In log it looks like this:

It doesn’t matter as long you see them. You have installed to many things probably also remove and something went wrong.

If this is not working go back to previous version 1.2.6-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 but be careful you need first to have the deb version before you remove this one.. After that you should not upgrade it again until a future version appears that works with you.

I reinstalled network-manager and it's not helped. And I do not understand your question about 4 level updates. I use Linux Mint recommended update settings. And everything worked few days ago. Only update before this issue was to google chrome. And how can I reinstall systemd?

DMG, besides rebooting the router, did you tried the other suggestions mentioned in the links i posted in my earlier reply?

First one says to killall wpa_supplicant, then run nmcli d wifi connect [ssid] password '[pass]'
Where ssid is your connection's name, and pass obviously your router's pass.

Second one says sudo systemctl disable networkmanager.service, then nmcli d wifi connect “mySSID” password “myPassword”...

Other things that come to mind...have you tried establishing a new connection from NetworkManager's applet?
In the applet / connection's Edit settings / General, is everyone allowed to connect to?
Or, also, what happens if you set a different pass on the router and then try to initiate a new connection from the ground up?

Also..."Secrets were required, but not provided"...so it must be an auth problem...or some glitch combined with an auth problem.
Is gnome-keyring running? Is it properly set?

Everything you can reinstall easy from synaptic.
To find old packages if you have adjust your system to keep them you will find them at /var/cache/apt/archives/.

Wait now I'm closer to result. I did not know what is ssid in that command, but with your help I understand now. And it worked:
$ killall wpa_supplicant
wpa_supplicant(1608): Operation not permitted
wpa_supplicant: no process found
$ nmcli d wifi connect ASUS password ***
[1] 8767
146: command not found
Device 'wlp5s0' successfully activated with 'f429d9ab-8ed0-4074-b8e7-10b7da375689'.

And it works even after reboot. Yet do not understand reason of this issue, but thank you for help!
