Android 7.0 tablet -> Linux Mint PC for 'Net Access

I'm trying to get my Android 7 tablet to share my pc's internet connection. Absolutely every single tutorial I can find applies to the opposite situation (tethering Linux to a smart phone), and my fumblings have come to naught. Please assist. Thank you.
