Just a note on MediaTek WiFi adapters

Post by AZgl1800 »

They are not worth the powder to blow them to hell.

I am staying in a hotel in Windsor, Missery, oops, Missouri

and the laptop's internal MediaTek professes to be connected 100%, but there is NO traffic period.

So, I plugged in my Panda PAU06 USB WiFi adapter and wam bam bluey, it is rarin' to go.

Just a comment for those with MediaTek crapola.... it just isn't worth a flip.

I have had this experience at every motel I have stayed it, the MediaTek cannot deal with more than one signal at a time.
