I must disconnect then reconnect WiFi

Post by Doctor Funkenstein » Sun May 20, 2018 11:03 pm

Hello all,

On my main computer, I have to turn WiFi off, then on again anytime I shut the lid on the laptop or switch networks (e.g. going from home to the workplace). What gives?

I am running Mint 18.3 64 bit with Cinnamon desktop environment. Here is the output from inxi:

Code: Select all

math@Larry ~ $ inxi
CPU~Dual core Intel Core i3 M 370 (-HT-MCP-) speed/max~1365/2394 MHz Kernel~4.13.0-41-generic x86_64 Up~6 days Mem~2992.1/5760.4MB HDD~320.1GB(25.9% used) Procs~216 Client~Shell inxi~2.2.35
math@Larry ~ $
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. It's a tiny problem, but if there's an easy fix, I am eager to know!

Here is the output from inxi -fxz. I have been searching old threads and this seems to be requested with similar issues
