My wifi card seems to have been playing up recently
Before on my Linux mint 18.3, my wifi card got 30 Mbps but now it says that the signal is >20% and that I am getting 1Mbps! I have tried re-installing rtl8192eu drivers, disabling IPv6 but nothing seems to work!

Have you moved your computer or router recently? Wifi speed is related to signal quality/strength. What does your report look like?

Sorry, it seems that my linux kernel has stopped working. I think I will move (Sadly) to kubuntu as the amount of crashes on linux mint has just got me fed up. 
Hopefully kubuntu will be a better experience.
