TP link tl-wn722n blinks the led when inserted but doesnt works

I have run the following codes:

rfkill unblock all
sudo service network-manager restart
sudo lshw (gives following )

Help me. I think the driver is installed. When i open network manager and try to turn the wifi on it automatically turns off right after i turned it on.
