I tried

I hope this info are enough, otherwise please ask me more.

sudo sed -i 's/wifi.powersave = 3/wifi.powersave = 2/' /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf && systemctl restart network-manager.service

Do you have any idea why wifi isn't working after suspend? Check rfkill list; dmesg | egrep -i 'ath|wlp60s0
after coming out of suspend

I run your command:
Before suspend:
Code: Select all

I see some 'ath' after suspend:
Code: Select all
$ lsmod | grep ath
ath10k_pci 45056 0
ath10k_core 352256 1 ath10k_pci
ath 28672 1 ath10k_core
mac80211 782336 1 ath10k_core
cfg80211 614400 3 mac80211,ath,ath10k_core
