Latest update did something with my wireless [SOLVED]

The latest updates from yesterday did something, it used to be I would have wireless immediately upon boot up, now it takes 15-30 seconds, and on my 5g network it just does not want to connect (it took almost a minute). I am using an HP spectre laptop

It seems to have resolved itself somehow. Don't know what happened.
