Wireless network connection problem

Post by nietwojstary »

Hi all,

I have problem with my wi-fi connection. Every time I start my laptop with Mint 18.3, I can't connect to any wireless network. All I can see is this icon:

Instead of normal wi-fi icon

When I try to run Network Connections all I get is notification:

I can fix the problem by restarting the system - everything works fine.
First couple of months using Mint I didn't have this issue, it started to appear few weeks ago and I'm really annoyed by now ;)

Any suggestions how to fix it for good?

Thanks in advance
B
